Mini-minimalist Steps.

February 14, 2012

“Your reason and your passion are the rudder and the sails of your seafaring soul. If either your sails or your rudder be broken you can but toss and drift, or else be held at a stand still in mid-seas.”
–Khalil Gibran

Nice.

I checked some things off my Minimalism to do list this weekend.  What feels like mini-steps can really add up in just a short amount of time.  I still have to remind myself of this even though the last year of my life has brought huge changes that started with small efforts.  Anyway I’ve sold my infant car seats, bases and a infant car seat stroller conversion kit.  I posted those damn aluminum chairs again.  And I worked on some online stuff we are trying to turn into a business.  Plus I’ve had a super sick kid but I managed one work out.  And I cleaned my little house.   Oh…and caught my daughters cold.   Now that is a productive weekend, but I could have left out the cold catching.

I love those sorts of weekends where you get tiny steps done. But a lot of small steps really can take you on an amazing journey!
